Leading the creation and launch of the Acrisure UK Broking website in July 2025 was a defining moment in my career. The project gave me the chance to bring together everything I enjoy about marketing — from content creation and collaboration to problem-solving and storytelling — all within one ambitious brief.
The goal was clear: to build a central digital hub for Acrisure’s UK broking operations where clients and prospects could easily explore our services, meet the people behind the business, and experience a seamless, joined-up journey. From day one, I was involved in shaping the site’s structure and tone, ensuring the messaging reflected Acrisure’s global brand while still feeling authentic to the UK market.
Alongside this, I balanced my day-to-day role supporting our UK Partners by managing live campaigns, social content, event attendance, and stakeholder communications. It was a significant commitment but one I embraced fully. The project challenged me to develop new skills and ways of working and remains one of the highlights of my marketing career.

Project Details
I took ownership of the entire content process: planning, writing, and populating every page. I worked closely with Product Champions to ensure our services were accurately positioned, collaborated with the Compliance team to meet all regulatory requirements, and liaised with colleagues in the US to keep our global messaging aligned while tailoring it to resonate with UK clients and prospects.
While a specialist agency managed the technical build, I led content delivery and oversaw the transition of hosting. Working with our IT team and external partners, we brought servers in-house wherever possible, which ensured greater control and reliability for the site going forward.
As the project expanded, two well-established UK brokers — Sutton Winson and Affinity Brokers — completed their rebrands and began redirecting traffic to the new site. I planned and implemented URL-specific redirects to protect existing traffic, particularly safeguarding Sutton Winson’s strong organic search performance. My focus was on providing a smooth, familiar experience for users arriving from the legacy sites with no disruption to their journey.
Since going live, the site has become a trusted digital home for Acrisure’s UK broking operations. Engagement levels are strong, SEO visibility improves every week, and the platform continues to evolve with new partners and services introduced to better serve clients and prospects alike.
